Location
The ceremony and reception will be held at Strandvägen 9. Afterwards, there will be a bus ride to Djurkälla farm, just outside of Motala, where dinner and festivities await.

Gifts
The most important thing for us is that you come and celebrate the love with us.

If you wish to give a wedding gift, we would prefer a contribution towards our upcoming honeymoon. In the near future, we will add a link below where you can view our travel plans and see suggestions for more specific contributions. You can contribute any amount, large or small, to one or more of the items below, but of course, you don't have to use this site at all.

Accommodation
We have reserved 20 rooms at Hotel Nostalgi. For our beloved American guests - we have already booked two separate rooms for you :)

Food
The food will consist of a vegetarian menu. Other food preferences can be filled in under RSVP.

Dress code

Children
We love children more than anything else, but since this is an adult party, children are to stay at home this time. Breastfeeding babies are, of course welcome.

Speeches, skits, dancing & singing
Yes, please! We have a trio of toastmasters who can assist you if you'd like to give a speech, dance, or sing a song. More information can be found below.

Strandvägen 9 is not only the location where the ceremony will take place but also the bride's parents home and a favorite place in the world for the couple. The house and garden overlook Motala Stream, and it is also where the wedding will take place. Did you know that Lena and Stefan (the bride's parents) and Carl and Frida (the bride's brother and sister-in-law) also got married here?

Parking is available across the street at the nursing home.

You are invited to arrive at 1:30 PM. The ceremony starts at 2:00 PM.

After the ceremony and mingling, we will change location to Djurkälla farm where dinner and celebration await in a rural barn. A bus will depart from Strandvägen 9 at 4:45 PM. For those who prefer to drive by car, there is plenty of space in the barnyard. After the party at 2 AM the bus will bring you back to Motala harbor
